Simon has several decades of experience in written and oral advocacy and in public speaking in a variety of fora.

Simon V. Potter, Ad. E., has represented a variety of clients in dealing with provincial and federal governments, and in preparing submissions to parliamentary committees and commissions of inquiry.

His experience in litigation has very often required him to act in close cooperation with the client’s public relations and communications specialists. He has been tasked by a number of clients to handle media inquiries, and has often been called upon by various media to explain, on the air or off, factual or legal issues.
